Shipping
We ship across the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is received, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
- Standard — 7 to 14 business days from dispatch
- Express — faster where available; the estimate is shown at checkout
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery windows exclude weekends and public holidays, and can run longer during peak seasons or severe weather.

Your exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm and pay. There are no additional shipping charges added after purchase.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the number by email when the parcel leaves us. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan — that's normal and doesn't mean anything has gone wrong.
Delays and lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email hello@shopvellora.co with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either replace the order or refund you in full.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you supplied, we can't reroute it, and a parcel returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
Taxes and duties
Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. As we ship domestically only, there are no customs duties or import fees on any order.
