Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of shopvellora.co and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method you're using is your own and that the information you've given us is accurate.

Products, prices and descriptions

We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately. Colours can appear differently between screens, and measurements can vary slightly between garments of the same size — see our size guide for how our sizing works.

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it, and we'll tell you if that happens.

Billing and payments

The full amount you will pay — item price, shipping, and any applicable sales tax — is itemised and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Nothing is added afterwards.

• Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. We do not bill in instalments.
• There are no subscriptions, memberships, recurring charges or automatic renewals of any kind on this store.
• There are no handling charges, processing fees or hidden costs beyond what checkout displays.
• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed on an encrypted, SSL-protected connection; we never see or store your full card number.
• Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we've received it, but the contract is formed when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there's been a pricing error — and if we do, you'll be refunded in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Our content

The text, photographs, graphics and layout on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it automatically, or to submit false information. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Liability

We stand behind what we sell, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that can't legally be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for carrier delays outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
